Here is the problem: I have a user who is using a third party DNS privider and pointing DNS to his sub directories as websites.

I need to block those from working.

He is also able to send emails out from those domains and they shouldn't even be listed in any allow lists from the server?

Where can I block this activity from?

I enabled Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses which should stop emailing, but how can I stop the third part DNS from getting to the sub directory?

Is this against your policies? If it is, why don't you just ask him to stop? If he doesn't stop you can just delete his account.
