We install skin in the CPANEL bluelagoon but we would like that somebody in guided them as to translate, to install and to configure bluelagoon for the language in Portuguese.

bluelagoon - index.html

Please they help me. I only want to translate index.html of theme bluelagoon and I am not finding all the archives to translate somebody could guide me.

Just use altavista's translation tool. It will convert the index page to portuguese automatically. You may have to copy the index, save it and upload it to a non-protected area I am not sure. But it may be your best chance. Just go to altavista, click translate, then enter the translate website with the URL to the index.html file.
