Bounced emails from Office 365 not appearing in EXIM logs

    Hello,
    I am sending mass email to all of my users and am monitoring the Exim logs in /var/log/ for messages that bounced with various error codes (i.e. 550). However, I noticed that bounced emails from Office 365 do not appear in the exim logs but I am getting an email with the '550' message in there. How can I make it so emails I also sent to Office 365 users that bounced appear in the exim log or some other place so that I can easily write a script to create a list of bounced.

    There is a known bug with microsoft regarding DKIM issues for anybody using on365:

    They require on365 users to set up CNAMES for normal Domainkey records that point to the actual microsoft "onmicrosoft.com" TXT Domainkey records. We have been unable to get this to work with several of my clients. Microsoft then refers you to the RFC that says if DKIM fails deliver it anyway:

    We have tried turning DKIM off in the cpanel EXIM configuration and it STILL rejects these emails. Where before the message would get sent back to the microsoft sender that it was rejected because of a failure in the bodyhash, now the message is only "administratively rejected".

    The only thing we can find in the reject log is at the end of the transaction sequence: "CV=no rejected DKIM"

    **NONE** of these errors show up in the CPANEL "Report" log if you try to view "ALL" deliveries report.
