Bounces without orignal e-mail attached

It has come to our attention that some (obscure) blocklists in our country treats a bounce of an e-mail that was sent to an unknown e-mail address as genuine e-mail and it therefore gets scanned for viruses, malware or spam messages, which can result in the IP-address of that server being blocklisted for just bouncing back some e-mail, which accidentely contained a virus or something else unwanted.

On non-cPanel servers you can edit the exim.conf file manually to only bounce back the subject of the e-mail or just a few lines of the e-mail message instead, but I can 't seem to find that part in the Advanced editor for Exim. Can someone please shed some light on the subject?
