    Hi,

I'm trying to setup something, so that when someone emails me from a certain email address, they get their email returned to them, with a message.

    Can anyone help please ?

    Chris.

Suggestion; look in cPanel. There should be a box called "Mail". In the box called mail there should be a choice of "User Level Filtering". In User Level Filtering choose the desire address and create filters as desired.

Many thanks Ron, that suggestion is appreciated. In user level filtering and account level filtering, I tried the fail: with message, but still the emails from that email address were getting through to me ? ?

Or did you mean another way in the filtering ?

    Chris.

Are you selecting "Fail with Message" or manually typing :fail: ?

Can you provide the complete filtering rule you have created.

For example: FROM CONTAINS davidg@example.com FAIL WITH MESSAGE My error message here.
