We have a contact page on our web page that is used for questions and comments. We have Box Trapper enabled so that only messages placed on the contact page will be forwarded on to another user. Any email sent to the email address will be stopped.
Somehow a 'phisher' managed to get past the trapper and the email went through. There is no message in the email box but it does show up in the Box Trapper.
The desire would be not to reply to the 'phisher' and spammers at all and discard the email. Is this possible? If so how?
