I'm using Outlook 03 to send emails and I want the address in the "To" field to be added automatically to the whitelist. It works when sent from web-mail and thunderbird.

    Thanks

    Hello :)

If it's only happening on one specific email client, you may want to consider configuring the mail settings for that email client again. Ensure you are sending the emails from the correct domain name/mail server. Also, check the Exim logs after you send the message:

    Code:
    # /var/log/exim_mainlog
Do you notice anything out of the ordinary?

    Thank you.
