According to the ASK site, there's supposed to be a mailkey that the user can put in somewhere so they can send mail to themself. Anyone know where/how to add it?

Also, can we get a description of what the boxtrapper-related files in domain's etc directory are? I assume the mailkey would go in one of the files (boxtrapper.conf) if it's even set up. Heck, maybe you're using an ancient version of ask that didn't even have mailkey access.

Or anyone else know what the id and loopprotect files do?

I'd just install ASK, but i'm afraid cpanel updates would screw it up. Plus, I'd need to somehow code the ASK Maintenance thing into cpanel so users could use it...what a pain.

ASK and Boxtrapper are not the same software - they are alike, but boxtrapper does not support mail keys.

Oh. I thought I saw posted somewhere that boxtrapper was a modified ASK. I'll put this in feature requests then.
