Since about a month and a half ago Boxtrapper has stopped filtering by email subject. My ignore list rules are:

Yet I'm getting a load of emails such:

boxtrapperqueue1.PNG

in my BoxTrapper Queue. Am I missing something? Is there any way to have it search subjects case-insensitive?

Thanks,

Tyler

I myself definitely would not be using boxtrapper .... still has a whole lot of bugs!

I usually disable and remove boxtrapper entirely on most servers.

Really bad idea using boxtrapper!

As far as spam filtering goes, a well configured spamassassin can be just as effective
at stopping spam in its tracks if not even more so!

I just find far too many false positives using SpamAssassin. It's been a while since I've used it, yeah, I just seem to remember a rather limited number of whitelist slots. I want to be able to whitelist my entire address book and I'd like to be able to filter by a case insensitive REGEX rule.

I figured out that I hadn't put a rule in for "Cilais" instead of the properly spelled name and that has, so far, solved the prior problem. Problem is I can't, reasonably, account for every change in case for each letter. I'm no expert with BoxTrapper, either, and I have yet to find a case-insensitive flag for the rules.
