BoxTrapper problem

    When i enable boxtrapper, every time someone send email to this adress, the email fail.

    What can i do to have boxtrapper working?

    I had to restart exim to get it to start working.

    yeah same error here. Restarted Exim and the problem still exists

    try running /scripts/upcp then restart exim forgot i did that before it started working correctly.

    DataCenter Provider
    If that doesn't do it, try running:

    /scripts/updatenow
    /scripts/exim4

    and then reinstall CPANEL Pro.

    I tried both of those suggestions and it still fails. I am running cPanel 9.4.0-C20 on RHE3.

    Same thing here... boxtrapper isn't working.
    RH 9
    cPanel 9.4.0-E36

    Restarted exim
    Reinstalled cPanel Pro
    done just about everything I have seen mentioned here and nothing is working.
    Hopefully someone will have a solution, should we get it to work we will gladly post our solution here.

    turns out it was working fine all along. It works on any other domain on my server just not the main server domain. Not sure if that is by design or a bug but it is working very well on the other accounts.

    We are having this problem with boxtrapper , any suggestions? Tried everything here.

    Disabling it works as a quick fix.

    Will anyone with a broken BoxTrapper/Exim system please submit a ticket to my attention? I'm not aware of any problem with it that would result in the type of issue you're describing, and I haven't seen any tickets with this issue.
