    Hi,

Using boxtrapper and spam assassin for web mail.

It indicates that if you send an email to a user, they are added to whitelist and able to email back.

5 test emails to seperate accounts still asked......are you human verification question.

Also, emails getting blocked with score of -0.1.

    Any ideas?

    Hello :)

What's the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog when a whitelisted email account attempts to send a message?

Note: It's better to address one issue at a time. Let's stick to the BoxTrapper issue on this thread, and you can open a separate thread for the SpamAssassin issue.

    Thank you.

At the moment I have had to disable boxtrapper as we run a charity run every year and we were not getting emails in due to 'are you a human being'.

If I could get the settings correct to stop that message going out I would be glad to have boxtrapper installed as it catches all the crap.....sadly it is stopping all the good as the are you human site in there junk folder, they don't reply to it so when they try to reply to us it bounces.

More hassle than its worth to be honest.
