How can I stop verification email ending up in spam box?

Hello, is anybody else experiencing this or is it just me, cause I did many searches in here and could not find the answer, or someone having a similar prob.

I have boxtrapper spam trap enable on one of my email accounts, it is a great help to fight spam. Whenever the new sender is from a webmail email account (hotmail, yahoo e.t.c.) they never get to see the verification required email, cause it goes straight to their spam box.

hotmail and such services see the "msgid" as spam.

So no more automatic whitelisting! I have to be constantly checking the queue and manually whitelist everyone.

How can I modify the "verify" message subject ?

The program says I cannot edit the "msgid", but if I don't edit it it will show up on people's spam box. Then that function is automatically useless, am I not correct?

Has anyone found a way to work around this, so verify messages go to inbox of people?

Does anyone have the knoweledge to resolve this issue?

Boxtrapper does not send verification email

No one else has this prob?
Yes I realized I had it when new people called to say they could not get a verify, they just got a bounce.

So I had to take this off my many accounts.

I am upset about it!

How to enable the verification email?

The server has not responded to me in a month which is unusual and I am about to take 80 sites from there!!!

I have resolved my issue.

At first, I had BoxTrapper enabled but no one was getting through.

I was listing the WHITE list wrong.

I had it like this, thinking the * was a wildcard to allow all mail from a certain domain:

from *@somedomain.com

When it should have been like this:

from @somedomain.com

Likewise I forgot to take that format with the * out of the BLACK list where I was using it to
stop all mail from a certain domain! Once I removed the * then the verfy message worked
just fine.

Hope this helps.
