    Hi,

I've recently removed Boxtrapper from the default Feature list after having it had enabled for the last few months. Although it's no longer visible in cPanel, some clients complain that it's still using previously set filters.

How can Boxtrapper fully be disabled (not shown in cPanel and no longer using previously set filters ?

    Thanks.

Hmm... I totally forgot to do the obvious :

    Code:
WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings -> Boxtrapper Spam Trap -> untick

Will this also disable all Boxtrapper settings which were previously active ?

    Thanks.

Boxtrapper will cease functioning when this is unchecked via Tweak Settings. While the settings will still be there, they will not be processed by the mail server.
