I have been using boxtrapper for a long time and like the concept.

Reviewing the Queue is very awkward.

Are there any plans to change this?

Any chance getting status of 4039 from 2007-08-22 changed from NEW ?

I am on a shared host.
Can I install my own version of boxtrapper.

Since BoxTrapper has become insecure, and SpamAssassin is eating bunchs of RAM on my server, I don't know really what should be done with our spam emails. Is there any alternative to them, besides of the RBL blocks? RBL blocking is pretty tought anyway, I'm using it, but it's not as accurate as I'd like.
