Boxtrapper Verification EMail

My Clients have enabled Boxtrapper on a new server I have but the Verification Email is NOT being sent out to those who send emails to my clients. I've searched the forum a lot however I have not been able to find a fix.

I've force updated Exim as well but no luck.

Can anyone help with this please ?
