BoxTrapper Whitelist Outlook Issue

I have enabled BoxTrapper for a mailbox and enabled auto whitelist. When I send a email to a offsite user via round cube webmail it adds the user to the auto whitelist. But if I send it using outlook 2010 it does not auto whitelist.

Its driving me crazy.

Any ideas.
