BoxTrapper's Forward List still forwarding to old address

Hello,

We have an email account and set up BoxTrapper's Forward List to forward all email to a particular address (we'll call it address A). Yesterday, we removed address A and set up a new address, we'll call address B. We saved it and it's set up for address B when viewed this morning. However, all email is still forwarding to the old address, A, and B is not getting any mail. It's like the change is being ignored. Is there some other magic required to get BoxTrapper's Forward List to see that we've implemented a change? Thank you all for your help.

Could you check to see if the proper email address is listed in the forward-list.txt file? It's located at:
