An account that was just created and is basicly empty is showing a disk usage of 862.48 Megabytes.

I have yet to find files assocated with this user anywhere on the server.

./fixquotas didnt help nor did ./quotacheck

    Found the apparent issue.

    I used the command:

ls / -lhR | grep UserName

And found that for some reason a cpmove-oldaccount folder had the homedir/ folder and all the files within that folder owned by this new account. Whats odd is the cpmove folder was for an account that was in no way simular to the new account as far as username. I have no idea how the new user got assigned as owner of those files but when I chowned those files to another user the quota in cpanel was then reported properly.
