Brand new RackShack cPanel server won't create accounts

Hi. I was one of the first to purchase a cPanel server from RackShack's new cPanel offering released today. I used Ensim before. I migrated to cPanel because I've heard and seen so many good things. However, I am having difficulties creating an account! I follow the instructions perfectly, but here is what happens when after I go to create one:

I ssh in to see any folders or files in the /home directory - nothing's there!! This is a brand new installation. What am I doing incorrectly?

I have tried everything. This is a clean install. Does anybody have an idea that could help me?

your cpanel provider is supposed to be the first contact with getting support for cpanel. contact rackshack and get help with your cpanel problem.
