The branding on both our servers is no longer accessible.
cPanel | Branding | x3[edit live] | Login attempt failed.
We simply have our company version that replaced top-logo.gif and honestly was not aware of this issue until recently adding a new client.

Our current specs on both servers: cPanel 11.24.4-S36281 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

We've searched the forum for information, however have not found anything to help.

Thanks much.

Try logging into the cPanel interface as the reseller user and then click on "Branding Editor" in the cPanel interface.

The only time I've seen root unable to log into the Branding editor has been when this option is not selected in WHM > Tweak Settings:

Accounts that can access a cPanel user account: [?]

This setting specifies who can access a user’s cPanel account. Account-Owner refers to the particular reseller that owns the user account.

Root, Account-Owner, and cPanel User default
Root must be able to log into cPanel in order to use the branding editor, since it uses cPanel for the login. If you do have this set, please still re-save Tweak Settings again to ensure it is getting updated for that setting. If this was not the issue, please let us know the support ticket number and the results for future reference.
