    Hi,
I have a new site (Joomla 3.7) on www.example.com, layout is broken and I can't find why.
In the same server I have other sites with similar specifications, all are done.
If I transfer account example.COM to a second Cpanel VPS website is done (you can test example.COM on - removed - IP)

I think the bug is in redirect domains, but I'm not sure.
In publishing process I setup redirect from Cpanel for example.COM to WWW.example.COM but the process dosn't work.

I try also delete account and then transfer from the second Cpanel VPS (- removed -) but site still broken.

So the problem is somewere outside the account configuration, but not in the php configuration because other sites works fine.

    Please help

    thanks
    Piero

What happens if you remove the redirect you setup?

If the site is broken with or without the redirect, why would you think the redirect is broken?

Assuming the site has an htaccess file, what happens if you rename it to htaccess.txt and then try opening the website?

Admin works, other theme works, so the problem is in my custom theme.
But I can't understand why works in the second vps and not in the first

    thanks

You might want to ask this over on the Joomla forums, or with the theme company that made the theme.
