I get the same internal server error message I got with /cpanel with the /bandwidth/ address on my server. I know the /cpanel was fixed after it broke when apache was upgraded, so I'm thinking /bandwidth/ suffers from the same problem.

    I'm running:
    WHM 9.4.0
    cPanel 9.4.0-R21
    Fedora - WHM X v3.1.0

    Thank you,

    Steven Eppler

This can be due to a number of different things, possible CPanel needs a force upgrade, maybe a permissions problem/suexec.

If you would like us to look into this for you, let us know.

    Thanks,

Where can I start looking to resolve this problem? Any log files of interest?

I'm having the same error after upgrading. I didn't have any issue with /cpanel but /bandwidth generates and internal server error.

    WHM 9.4.0

    Cpanel 9.4.0-C20

    RedHat 9

FYI, I just pulled up the page successfully using the server IP rather than domain. Domain worked prior to the Apache upgrade.

I fixed mine by changing the ownership and permissions of bandmin's index file to one of my domains users. It doesn't work on all of my domains like it used to, but it works.
