    Every time I create a account sinse i got the version 7.2.1-E83, I get a 403 error.

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache/1.3.28 Server at www.web.net Port 80

Please I need some help with this. Even if i change a configuracion in a old user then it will have the same problem. I have no problems with the accounts that were created with cpanel 7.1 (or whatever the version before 7.2.1-E83)

I have 2 more friends with the exactly same problem

How can i go back to 7.1? or whatever the version before 7.2.1-E83

Have you tried switching to release or stable build?

Did you enable the EXPERIMENTAL web root protection?

This is a known problem with that feature and frontpage.

    /scripts/updatenow

should fix it for new accounts

    Then run

    /scripts/enablefileprotect

to fix all the current accounts.

What does root web protection do? How do you enable it?
