[BUG / ERROR ] :: BoxTrapper Verification Emails

I am trying to setup BoxTrapper on my domain, but am having issue with it

I used my account at myway.com to send an email to the domain on server, but I never received email at myway for verification. However if I send email from any other domain on the same server, then it works.

Can anyone tell me what is going on? and if there is a solution for this bug?

You'll need to check the exim mainlog on the server when you send email through for messages/errors as the email is processed.

If this isn't your server, then you'd need to speak to your web hosting provider.
