Bug Report -- "Data Error" in File Manager when a file ends with ^M (control-M)

Had a user getting "data error" when listing files.

Turned out he had a file called:

filename^M

That is "control-M" and not "carrot-M"

Once renamed to remove the trailing ^M no more error from file manager.
