Bug: Subdomains stats half-broken

And it brakes at all with RVSkin theme.

In cPanel, a link to the main domain's stats will look like the following:
https://server.tld:2083/tmp/username/webalizer//index.html

(notice double slash)

At the same time all subdomains have the following link:
https://server.tld:2083/tmp/username/webalizer/subdomain/index.html

It causes no issues unless you use RVSkin... With RVSkin theme these links look like the following:

main domain:
https://server.tld:2083/tmp/username/webalizer/index.html (works OK)
subdomain:
https://server.tld:2083/tmp/username/webalizer/subdomainindex.html
(no slash - it's broken).

Noticed this on Edge, Current, Release.
