sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this but i am getting no reply to my support tickets or email.

I believe that burst have an AIM contact but cannot find out what it is, can anyone help?

I need to get a couple of support issues sorted quick.

its \"burstnet\", you might want to call burst @ 1877BURSTNET as well.

That seems to be a recurring problem with Burst. Have found that it\'s best to call right after writing the ticket, then they act right away. If you don\'t call, you\'ll never get anything done and your ticket will sit there until Charlie Chaplin returns....

Thanks but need a bit more info, searching for new \'buddy\'is not done by name but

email
name & addreess
common interest

i do not know what email they are using or the name & address, yes i know these but knot the one they are using for AIM
