Hello, i know this is not strictly cpanel stuff but i have been trying to contact Burst's support concerning cpanel problems, but i am not even getting a support ticket issued as per normal.

I could phone but i am in the UK and want to see if anyone else is having problems first.

good luck in contacting them, usually wait a week for a ticket to be answered (well when they were my distributor...)

what i use to do was open a ticket and right after that was done either call them or get them on AIM....

thanks for reply, thing is i sent email to support but a ticket has not been issued at all, this is for 2 requests.


Do you know how to contact them via AIM i have been trying to find out how to add them to my contact list for ages, tried all know and unknown email address, postal address the lot still cannot find out how to add them to contact list.

&BurstNET& is their AIM buddy name.

Ahh yes so it may be, but to add them using buddy name i also need a first name, i have tried Buddy name plus combination of Burst.net and support for first name but still no luck.

If any one has them on their buddy list could they let me know details.

Try calling burst .. their phone support is way better then any of their other support methods..

appears that email address i was using is not communication with their support system!!!

Porblem was new hard drive dying
