Hi,
I want to allow a specific account on my server to use SMTP in his web application, this requires to bypass SMTP Block and SMTP Restriction
For SMTP Block, I've added his username to CSF=> SMTP_ALLOWUSER with cpanel, mailnull, xxxuser
This works fine if SMTP Restriction is disabled but enabling it will deny him to use SMTP.

Is there a way to bypass SMTP restriction for this specific user?
If not, do you think that disabling SMTP Restriction is safe while SMTP Block is enabled?

Regards.

You should restrict SMTP either with cPanel SMTP Restrictions or with CSF SMTP_BLOCK, you can't use both.
Only with CSF you can allow specific account.

Yes it is safe.
