What CAA-record do I need to use to allow the cPanel certificate authority?

For instance for Lets Encrypt it's letsencrypt.org, what is the corresponding for cPanel CA?

    Hello,

You can add CAA records via "cPanel Zone Editor" as long as the Advanced Zone Editor feature in WHM's Feature Manager interface (WHM >> Home >> Packages >> Feature Manager) is enabled:

Zone Editor - Version 68 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

There's currently no requirement to add a CAA record for either Let's Encrypt or Comodo. However, for informational purposes, Let's Encrypt's identifying domain name for CAA is "letsencrypt.org" and Comodo's identifying domain name is "comodoca.com". EX:

    Code:
    example.com. 86400 IN CAA 0 issue "comodoca.com"
    Thank you.
