CalDAV entries lost when transferred to another cPanel server

Hello,

We had a customer moving from one server to another with us, but their CalDAV entries is missing.
Is there anyway to get them from the old server and import them to the new? Why was these not transferred when the account was moved?

And why are there not any CalDAV logs without having to check /var/log/maillog?

Hey hey! I would expect these to be moved since they are stored in the user's home directory. There are some additional details about how you can manually restore this here:


but checking the permissions on the Source machine of /home/username/etc/domain.com and the email-address.rcube.db file in that directory would be a good place to start.

As far as the log files, what specifically were you looking for?
