    https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/11.50+Release+Notes states:
    • cPanel's Calendars and Contacts Client Configuration interface (Home >> Mail >> Calendars and Contacts Client Configuration) contains the instructions to remotely connect your third-party applications to your account's Horde Calendars and Address Books.
    • Webmail users can access the Calendars and Contacts Client Configuration interface from the Webmail interface (Home >> Mail >> Webmail).
    Exciting news, but I can't find this in my panel (CLOUDLINUX 6.6 x86_64 standard – cp1 WHM 11.50.0 (build 4))

    Do I need to turn on something?

    Are you sure you are looking for these options in cPanel and not Web Host Manager? Could you post a screenshot of what you see?

    Hi,

    Same here. I can see the option if I go to the webmail interface, but not from within cPanel.

    Hi,

    Has anybody had any luck with getting CalDAV working under 11.50?

    Hi,

    Okay looks like (for me anyway) the "Calendars and Contacts Client Configuration" option not displaying was down to using the "Flat Panel" theme. Changing to Paper Lantern and the option is present.

    Still no luck getting this working however.

    Non cPanel themes should be expected to have issues until the custom style is updated by the author.

    What's not working for you exactly, any errors?

    Are the proper ports open in your firewall? 2080 and 2079 wouldn't be already open, you'd have to add them to CSF.

    Okay I've added ports 2080 & 2079 to the IPV4 Port Settings TCP_IN and TCP_OUT but still not having any luck. What am I missing?

    To clarify, is it not showing up on the Paper Lantern theme, or are you still referring to the custom theme? Is Horde enabled on your system?

    It IS showing up now in paper lantern!

    It's just not working!

    When adding a CalDAV account using the NON SSL/TLS Settings I get
    "A secure connection couldn't be established"

    When adding a CardDAV account using the NON SSL/TLS Settings I get
    "Unable to verify account name or password"

    email account name@domain.com just like it says in the configuration screen.

    Man I'm getting rather fed up going back over the same ground again and again.

    Read the entire thread. Yes I've added Port 2080 and Port 2079 to the firewall ports
