One of my Raid 1 hdds crashed yesterday, and now with a new disk I get this under "Mysql databases". All websites are online and working, so it's only the administration part.

Do you notice any error messages in /var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err when restarting MySQL?

    Thank you.
