CallUploadScript Stopped the ftp service

Hello All ,

for so many years ago we have setup the Anti-Gumblar in all our server ( https://forums.cpanel.net/f185/solu...script-hacks-stolen-ftp-passwords-127013.html ) , they was working like a charm . in the last 2 mounth , the ftp service has stopped working , after some search we have desactivated the CallUploadScript from the ftp conf .


i don't know if the problme from the new version of ftp or from the Anti-Gumblar files , normally the ftp service call the file ftp_clamscan.php in every upload .

is there here anyone has this issue ? any fix for it ?

Are you getting any error in /var/log/messages file ?

Could you check to see if "pure-uploadscript" is running on your system? The "CallUploadScript" option can not work if "pure-uploadscript" is not running. You can start this service with a command such as:

/usr/sbin/pure-uploadscript -B -r /etc/pure-ftpd.conf

To note, you will need to modify your system to ensure that "/usr/sbin/pure-uploadscript" runs when the server boots or when FTP is restarted.
