My home page "www.TortoiseHost.com" says "default web site" etc.

I created a new user on the domain "tortoisehost.com", and created an "index.html" file - but cPanel is not reading it. It is loading /usr/local/apache/htdocs/* instead of /home/<user>/public_html/*

Have I done something wrong? Where would I go/What would I do (in WHM presumably) to give my user account the ability to manage the web page for my new hosting service itself?

(I only want to use 1 IP address)

    Hello :)

First, check to see if clearing your browser and DNS cache on your machine resolves this issue. If the issue persists, try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:

    Code:
    # /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
    Thank you.
