We were wondering if there was any reason to stop me adding an SSL for a domain that is a
    "Parked Domain" on another account?

So effectively both websites, the account and the Parked Domain would have their own SSL's clearly this would also mean two IP's

    Hello :)

Parked domains cannot have their own SSL certificates because they do not have their own Virtual Host. However, you could configure the domain names as "Addon Domains" and that will allow them to have their own Virtual Host entry in the Apache configuration file.

    Thank you.
