Is it possible to create a reseller in WHM and have them able to create mini resellers?

As long as you give them those abilities in the "reseller center". You can give a reseller full root abilities if you want.

You don't need to give full root access to be able to vreate resellers. I just added that to basically say that you can allow a reseller to do pretty well anything you want to allow them to do.

In WHM, under Server Setup, click on the link Reseller Center. You can add/edit/remove reseller privilages for a user here.

Do you own the server (have root access) or are you a reseller selling someone else's services?

Ah, then you wouldn't have that option. You would have to speak with your host and see what they can work out for you. Sorry.

He is asking if WHM Resellers can create Reseller Accounts under their accounts.

    ex.

    Root > Reseller > 2nd Level Reseller > Shared

This feature is not in WHM/cPanel.:)

I realize what he's asking. And yes, it *is* available to him IF his host wants to grant him those kind of privilages.

    Ex:
    - His host makes his account a reseller account. (His current status)
    - His host then grants him "All Features" in the reseller setup.
    - He can now create a new account and then make it a reseller account. That reseller account now has access to their own WHM.

I tested this out just to make sure it works.

Now his resellers are reselling from a reseller, who resells from a host. :D

This option you are talking about is giving the user Root Access to the server. That's why they can create Reseller Account.

[ ] All Features (warning: root access)

But no Host will provide Resellers this option. Resellers in this case can delete any domain and do whatever they want in the server.

Everything is possible with a root access :)

Anyway, it might be good if there is a feature that allows Resellers to create Resellers under their account (without root access)

But fixing bugs/problems is more important.
