can anyone help with my email from my website?

    Hi,

    I am really new to this, i use cpanel but i don't know if im asking the right people this question, but here goes.

    I have a couple of email accounts set up from my domain but from both accounts i can send mail but not receive any, i have no idea why and im not very computer literate so if anyone knows how to help, could you be as explanatory as possible

    Are you trying to receive email using webmail (in your web browser) or a mail client (a completely separate program)? If you are not doing this via webmail, what specific program are you trying to check your mail with?

    Hi

    Using webmail....

    I just use Horde to read my mail through my cpanel, whenever anyone tries to send me mail they just get a MAILER-DAEMON message..... but i can send them mail

    That sounds like an email configuration issue.

    If you are the system administrator, feel free to submit a support ticket.

    If you're just a webmaster or reseller, contact your web hosting provider regarding this issue so they can take appropriate action.
