If you are successfully running MPM Event and FastCGI mod_proxy_fcgi + php-fpm, would you share your profile to get me started?

Would be used for current cpanel 68.0.30 CentOs 6 or 7 Virtuozzo VPS running a handful of Wordpress sites.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I don't believe the Apache and PHP modules that you enable/disable with that configuration will have much affect on the performance. The following URL is a good place to start when optimizing a system with several WordPress installations:

    WordPress Optimization « WordPress Codex

    Thank you.
