    Hi,

When rare to run upgrade of the latest cPanel, slow download the upgrade package.

I it may be slow download of upgrade packages when you run the upgrade of the latest cPanel.
Recently, I took 2 hours and 30 minutes to download upgrade from 11.46.2.2 to 11.46.2.4.

Is there a way to switch the mirror server when the slow download during the upgrade process?
or, Is there a way to "graceful cancel" of upgrade for retry?

    Thanks!

    Hello :)

You can obtain a list of mirrors with a command such as:

    Code:
    host httpupdate.cpanel.net
Then, force the use of one particular IP address with a command such as:

    Code:
    echo HTTPUPDATE=IP-HERE >> /etc/cpsources.conf
If that resolves the issue, then it's likely your server is having trouble communicating with a particular mirror. Note that if you do try this step, ensure you remove /etc/cpsources.conf after the update completes because this is not intended as a permanent solution.

    Code:
    rm /etc/cpsources.conf
    Thank you.

You have to wait until the update finishes, or kill the upcp process via the command line.

    Thank you.
