Can I disable the main/default email account for good, including webmail access?

The default email account that is created with the same credentials as the cPanel user account is driving us crazy.

We have it set to :fail: as the default for all accounts, and removed the direct webmail link to it (using rvskin).

Still, no matter how much we insist that email accounts need to be created specifically, customers find a way to use the default account, either through webmail or via POP/IMAP. Then, of course, they complain that they "can send but cannot receive", etc.

We even have some customers complaining that mail "doesn't go to my inbox". A guy is accessing the default account through Horde and Roundcube, and sees his other created email accounts as folders. I remember this used to happen years ago but was changed when cPanel changed its mail storage system or something like that.

Anyway, is there a way to fix this? Can we disable access to the default/system/main email account for good?
