I have a reseller account on a cpanel 10 server that I want to give full mysql permissions, including "mysql root password" and "show mysql processes". I have set him up with everything except root permissions and his WHM does not show any mysql section. When I give him root permissions it does show the mysql section.

is there a way to give him the full mysql permissions without giving him root access, like maybe directly editing an acl file somewhere?

    thanks!
