Can I install cPanel on local server for free?

I want to install cPanel on our production server, so I was just in a local network, can I install it without need a licensing fee ? or their is a free license for this ?

I want to know how can I install cPanel in my local server, my server is running on centos 7 and I don't have a real hostname, nether public IP address. Is it possible ? and which specifications I have to make to do this ?

Hi @Abdelmks - The answer is still the same buddy! Contact cs[@]cpanel.net. If you're eligible for a developers license under your local network only, they'll arrange this with you.
