Can i reinstall whm/cpanel and keep all existing users?

Hi,,

I would like to reinstall cpanel/whm but keep all existing users with their ftp logins and such.

Is this possible?

Because now my server is really messed up due to a hacker.


I have managed to keep all data but none of the services start!!!!

So please help :)
