Can I restrict RAM memory usage for user?

    One of users on my server eat all my ram memory, can I restrict RAM usage only for that account? He use html+php+mysql!

    I read somthing about PAM and I add next line
    user hard memlock 153600

    in to file: /etc/security/limits.conf

    but that don`t help to me...

    Well, it is possible but is it really worth it ? If the clients using the resources, chances are he or she needs it. Perhaps it might be best to move the client to their own server or a semi dedicated server ? Maybe even a VPS ?
