Can I safely remove /var/cache/yum ?

    Hi all,
    Can I safely remove /var/cache/yum ?

    I need some space on var partition and this folder has 1.3GB

    thank you

    Not sure, however, I believe running 'yum clean all' from the command line may clean up that directory.
