    Hi everyone,

I was just wondering something. Is there a way on cPanel to sell and setup email accounts as opposed to webhosting accounts? I would like to be able to sell email services but I am not sure if cPanel can do this or if I would need some additional software.

    Anyone have any idea?

    Thanks

    Gaz

Yes you can have an email only.

If you notice one of the Themes is "email". You can setup an account to use this theme and the account will only have "email" options for his domain. Hope this helps.

Yup even i would like to see this feature. In fact, following to be precise, should be manageable from WHM during account creation/edit etc:

(1). Create Email Only hosting accounts, which does not allow any FTP/http access.
(2). Since Tomcat Support Is There now, There should be a provision for configuring the same at account creation stage itself.

Currently, even if space is set to 0, email only accounts would have httpd.conf record added though the user may not be able to upload files.
