I have a customer that swears some GMail emails are not going through. Is there a way to make sure they are not blocked by anything?

A whitelist somewhere in SpamAssassin possibly?

We can do this server wide for this customer or just in his cPanel depending if either is available.

    Thanks!

    Hello @WebHostPro,

I recommend first checking to determine exactly why the email did not come through so that you can then react accordingly. Search for one of the email addresses that was unable to deliver an email to the cPanel server using a command like this:

    Code:
    exigrep [email protected] /var/log/exim_mainlog*
    Or:

    Code:
    exigrep "Message Subject" /var/log/exim_mainlog*
Let us know the results (though be sure to replace real domain names with examples).

    Thank you.
