I can access all cPanel services that I have tried except for secure webmail. I changed the setting to not allow unsecure webmail, so when I go to http://myserver:2095/ , it has a link to go to https://myserver:2096/ , but that page never loads.

    Thoughts?

    Hello,

Check firewall on the server and make sure port 2096 is open. If it is fine, take a look into your local firewal and check whether your local firewall / ISP block connections to port 2096.

    Thank you,
    Nibin.

Turns out that while the server firewall (CSF) had the ports open and my local machines (Windows 7, iPod Touch) had the outgoing port allowed, out building firewall was blocking it.
