I get the following error message when trying to add a cluster server via WHM:

There was an error while processing your request: Cpanel::Accounting returned [HTTP/1.0 900 NET OR SSL ERROR ./cgi/trustclustermaster.cgi 8335: open_tcp_connection: failed `12.23.344.233', 2087 (Connection refused) ]

Does anyone know what it means?

    That's what I thought, but I did preform a /usr/local/cpanel/startstunnel
and that did not "do the trick"

There was an error while processing your request: Cpanel::Accounting returned [HTTP/1.0 900 NET OR SSL ERROR ./cgi/trustclustermaster.cgi 1097: open_tcp_connection: failed `66.36.228.237', 2087 (Connection refused) ]

Make sure you don't have a firewall blocking incoming connections on port 2087

I manually created a blank file of /usr/local/cpanel/var/run/stunnel/stunnel.pid, and that did the trick.
